Wondering would anyone have any idea on the following -

I train away 6 days a week and afterwards normally feel great!
Training differs from running, free weights and swimming!
Lately I've taken up cycling and have set off on long enough journeys at the weekend.
For example I cycled in the ring of kerry event which is about 180Km.
Anyways after this cycle and other long cycles I'm left feeling depressed as soon as I get off the bike! This has happened me years ago when I used to a bit of hill walking for a few hours.
It seems if I exercise continuously for several hours at about 80% that this feeling of depression sets upon me for about an hour or so afterwards as soon as I stop completely.
It's not because I have stopped but more a feeling of just pure down and out and I cannot figure this out, any help much much appreciated!
