    Tuesday March 20th 2012

    Wall Pushups 25 x 2
    Vertical Pulls 20 x 2
    Short bridges 25 x 2
    Shoulder Stand Squats 25 x 2
    Knee Tucks -
    Wall Headstand 60s

The knee tucks hurt my SI joint a little so I'm leaving them out for now. Not too worried though, seen as they're a progression to hanging strait leg raises which I can do weighted in the gym, so I doubt I'm missing out.
    Everything quite easy again anyway.

    Wall Push Ups - 50 x 2
    Vertical Pulls - 40 x 2
    Short Bridges 50 x 2

    35 Minute Walk

Will do another set of the above this evening too.

Seen as the reps were so high I decided to split the routine in 2 this time. It's surprising how much you can feel something as easy as wall push ups after close to 100 reps! Still, all very manageable.
Gonna cut for a while, so I'll start tracking my weight again and get a proper BF analysis done beginning of April.
    Anywho, currently 179.75lbs (81.7kg)
