A bit of a trimming for the Hurlers again yesterday. Going to be a long league campaign. Will have to depend on trying to get something from the Derry game. Going to be difficult to avoid the drop back to 2B. Wasnt surprised by the Carlow result based on what I saw in Newbridge v Kildare. Carlow could be in trouble also. Well done to London.

Is one team the A team and one team the B team or were they divided up randomly?

I don't think there was any pattern to the way the two groups were divided up. There is enough talent there to form a useful team between the two panels and I'd imagine that will be happening in the next month or so. I think Kildare are away in Aughrim against Wicklow in the first round of the championship in April.

Workmanlike is the best word I can use to describe today. Still 3 from 3 and well on course for a speedy exit from this division. Important week ahead with the u21s playing on Wednesday.

That's a good result always hard to know what to expect in the first game especially with no second chance. Away to Westmeath in semi on Saturday 19th March

It doesn't seem we are making progress at all. What's going on with the forwards?

All three of the u21 full forward line could be involved with the seniors before long.

Eoin Doyle and Paul Cribbin are to come back from injury too, they might make a difference and bring a bit of leadership.

Cribbin and Feely as a midfield duo is an attractive prospect

Doyle could be a while away yet. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't feature for the county before the championship. Cribbin will be back for the Tipp game.

I think we will see Tommy Moolick back from the start next week. Daryl Flynn has been a great servant but his best days are behind him.
