Game over. Moorefield will have serious regrets about their slow start to the second half.

My god that was the most unreal comeback I've ever seen. St Lomans self destructed a bit but fair play to Moorefield, unbelievable stuff.

Sounded incredible on the radio. Well done Moorefield.

Would the O Conner lads, Jack's son's, be up for County games? Would they be county material?

Eanna has played for Kildare before two years ago. He probably deserves another go given his form over the last six months but there's decent competition for places now in the full forward line with McCormack, Flynn, Brophy, Healy, Hyland, McNally etc.

Cian O'Connor is a solid club footballer but he is a fair way off county standard.

Neil Flynn likely to miss the next few weeks with a pulled hamstring. Kevin Feely shipped a nasty blow to the head but should be ok.

About the Feely blow to the head. Was it intentional from the Dublin player ? Haven’t seen it yet myself.

Hard to see live in the ground. Maybe someone who watched it on tv can tell us?

Cian o Neil said it might have happened when he was down on the ground.

He got an elbow when going up for the ball and MacAuley came in with the knee to his head when he was going down.

Jonny Cooper. He looks it. He acts like it. A _______________. I am not going to get a warning by filling out that space.

Ah go on, say what you really think.

Two changes to the team for Sunday. Tommy Moolick replaces Kevin Feely and Ben McCormack replaces Neil Flynn.

  • Registered Users Posts: 212 ✭✭kencoo

Very disappointing result. I thought that if we had any realistic ambition for the league we should have been able to beat monaghan.

  • Registered Users Posts: 18,032 ✭✭✭✭paulie21

Yep poor performance in general. Some unforgivable misses from frees by Feely. Lots of sloppy turnovers. Ben McCormack going off injured and Paul Cribbin getting an unnecessary black card didn't help either.

Sad statistic. Kildare have not won a game since we beat Meath in the Leinster semi final last year.
