Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just got a set of hollow tech 2 cranks and they didn't come with a preload cap

Does someone know where i might get one of these in dublin city.

Also, do i leave it in after installation or take it out?? it's only meant to be hand tight so i'd be worried it might work it's way off,

any help would be greatly appreciated
