Hi. I'd like to know what equipment is in the gym at Athlone IT. I assume that there are at least barbells and dumbbells there, right? Thanks. :pac:

Changing rooms doent have secure lockers. Showers hot water only.

Oh, just one more thing, is there a squat rack/power rack in the gym?

Yes, but only recently. I wanted to know this because a gym nearby doesn't have a squat rack, despite it being important.

    Thanks for the help again.

AFAIK it's students and staff only, but I also know one or two non-students who have used it too. They knew who to talk to, mind you...

I've never actually used the gym as I suffer a severe allergy to strenuous exercise :P But from what I gather that's how it is. Anybody know any different?
