    hello,
I was rented house from privat landlord, who didn registred us on PRTB,we didn have any contract, bills was on landlord aunt name,we move out becouse there was big mould, our children was all time sick from this mould, and landlord said that she cant do anything whis this and we must to keep open windows for all time-in winter aswell. after 10 month we move out and now landlord asking to us pay bills(but in the start of tenancy she said we dont need to pay bills, becouse she was using her aunt benefits for this house) and oil tank she also asking to fill, but in the start she didnt said this, and we dont have any written contract about this, that we need to pay. What we can do in this situacion, becouse she is all time calling us and saing that she will go to Gardai,to employers and to current landlord etc.
    Thanks

She's lying, even if you did owe her money it would be a civil matter not a criminal matter for the guards.

Report her to the PRTB for not registering the tenancy, then report her to your local authority's housing standards officer for the mould, then report her to the Revenue as from the setup with the bills it sounds like she is not paying proper tax on the rent.

now she said that she registred us on PRTB,but only now when we are not living there anymore.
When we move out they painted all mould, becouse now there is new tenants.
We dont have rent book for this address aswell, becouse we all time paid in cash and she never give us receipt or anything . we dont have anything-no rent book, only on the begin when we started rent this house she ask to sign on her same paper that we give to her deposit(just only numbers, nothing else-is this rent book?)no contract,no bills

Most likely a lie, why would she register a tenancy that doesn't exist any more?

Sounds like another lie, I thought there was "nothing she could do" about the mould? I would still report her to the housing standards people, chances are that nothing has been done about the mould.

Next time she calls, tell her :
    1. that you don't owe her any money
    2. not to call you again
    3. if she does call you again you will report her to the guards for harassment (which actually is a criminal matter)

    Excellent advice.

In particular, I would contact Revenue. It seems very likely she is not paying tax given it is all cash, and Revenue can chase it up easily since the house isn't going anywhere!

Opening poster did you mention she is using her aunts benefits to pay for heating the house or claiming her aunt was in the house?

Contact the revenue like the above poster mentioned. People cannot or should not be treated like this.

Contact the revenue and department of social protection ..it would also be interesting to find out who paid for her Aunts care in the nursing home, under the Fair Deal system her Aunts income including her benefits should be paying for her stay in the nursing home.As for ringing you up and threatening to call your employers,AGS etc ...thats harrasement.
