Phone system for small charity

I do work for a voluntary charity. At the moment we have a mobile number but want to get a landline. As we all have our own paid jobs, the only way we can be contacted is our mobiles. We would like to get a second line into one of our houses and if someone rang our phone number, people would have the option of choosing 1…

As we all have our own paid jobs, the only way we can be contacted is our mobiles. We would like to get a second line into one of our houses and if someone rang our phone number, people would have the option of choosing 1 for PR 2 for fundraising and people would then be redirected to the right person. At the moment we have a helpline number and she takes messages for different sections and passes them on.

Any idea is this possible and what costs would there be.
