Advice on getting to the bus station

hi, im travelling down to cork from clare tomorrow and need to get to the
train station, what would the best route be keeping in mind im coming from the
limerick side

Follow signs for City Centre until you get to the Topaz garage (this will be the 3rd Topaz you'll pass in about 5 mins) & Serects club on the left.
Take a left at the lights here.

Keep going straight through the next few lights, till you get to the Leisureplex.

Train station is straight on from this set of lights. Bus station is right at the lights & over the bridge.
