I was hoping to find out what gross yield you guys would personnally need to consider purchasing in the current high risk climate (being no capital appreciation and probable rent reductions) when considering other ROI rates (interest, dividends,etc). What rate would you need if you were a cash buyer, if you had 60% finance…
