Blacknight server down for 5 days now! How long do we have to wait?

    We have a Virtual Private Server hosted with Blacknight. For over a year now we have had no problems with them but last Thursday morning they had a 'Raid problem' on our VPS as well as loads more VPSs and are down ever since, waiting on blacknight to restore them.

    I would love to know exactly how many customers are effected here, it must be quite a lot.

    We are now almost through day 5 of their attempted recover.

    Clearly there is no fault tolerance, no disaster recovery stratagy and no business continuity in place at blacknight.

    Are you not aware that there are 41 VPSs down since last Thursday morning?
    This is not a support ticket type issue, where I am finding my server a bit slow or something.
    This is a major issue effecting lots of your customers and many businesses.
