I have only so far cooked chips (rooster potatoes) delicious and sweet potato chips yum! and i cooked some chicken in it also very good. It has to be better for you health wise as you are using such a small bit of oil. I do not know where you buy it in Ireland as mine came from costco in the uk but this is a gadget i think will get a lot of use.;)
