Any sign of a Charter? Given all the disagreement about what the scope of this forum should be, it seems odd that it launch without a delineation. I assume based on the fact that the Cork fines thread is still on C&T that C&T will remain the home of the more rail-usery, consumery stuff. Which begs the question, why isn't this forum part of Infrastructure?

Really not my intention to stir things up, it just seems that the forum was created all of a sudden without much explanation/reasoning. Is there a thread I've missed somewhere? I'm aware of the one in Forum Requests.

Agreed, as if things like the WRC are put on this forum it will degenerate into the usual slagging match - I know as I'll be doing my share of it.

This forum should be reducing slagging matches and reported posts. Messing will be dealt with pretty swiftly (not aimed at anyone in particular, just sayin'... ).

Its good to be back....its been a while. I had a Forbidden meat bento meal with a nice cool Japanese Kirin beer on the Taiwan Shinkansen at 260kph a few days back. Pictures to follow. Now thats what I call a dinner.
