    Hi All,

Could anyone recommend a pub in Dublin City Centre (walking distance of main train stations) for a work night out.

Its for around 20-30 people, aged between mid 20s and mid 30s (ish)

We would need a nice outdoor area for the smokers and an option of a sectioned off area and platters of food.

Was thinking, Howl at the Moon, Kobra, The long stone.

    Any ideas welcome!

Diceys fits that very well imo. Massive smoking area, free platters and an upstairs VIP area which you can hold. Very central, and a work crowd.
Fairly cheap drinks, even at the weekend.

Not really my type of pub, music, bouncer and clientele wise, but sounds a good fit.

The Barge might be a good option too, or The Baggot Inn.

The Church bar on mary street is very good, during summer months they have BBQ's outside in the terrace seating area.. there are a lot of seats outside so you couldd fit all of your group there. It also has a restaurant upstairs and a nightclub downstairs.. so you have everything in one place.. it is not far from connolly street train station either.

    +1 for the Church.

Although you can book a seating area in the Porterhouse (either of them). Amazing beer and great food. Can't go wrong.

O'Reilly's Tara Street ticks all the above boxes, they'll reserve you a section and any draft pint is only €3:20 (yup, the price is correct, it's not a typo!).
