Central PVR for house

    So is this possible easily in Irish Scenario: Having a PVR which could be controlled and watched from various TVs in the house, all seperately.
    I know they do it in USA but is it possible here?

    You are probably better off posting this in the HTPC & Media Centre forum

    And yes. Anything they can do in the States, we can do here. Only smaller ;)

    Problem is either having TVs that can connect to a Media Streamer, or putting small devices like HTPC or Boxee or Apple TV next to Screen.

    Well the obvious answer is sky + , using magic eyes at remote TVs.
    I'm sure you know that though.
    What I think you are getting at is a home entertainment server, probaly delivering via IP, that includes satellite and terrestrial tuners and full access to hdd storage. Also including card readers for encrypted ( sky) services.
    It is do-able, but more of a large hotel solution (with a hotel size price tag ) ) ) ) than for domestic dwellings.
    This is the way things will probaly go, but we are a year or two away from it yet.
