Anyone any suggestions on places to go for a nice drive in Dublin? Ya know when you have no money, the sun is shining and you just want to get out of the house!! Have a 13month old daughter so she would be coming too!!

Howth is nice if you're on the northside, Killiney hill on the southside.....no idea whats on the west though :)

All along the coast from Sandymount-Killiney? Incorporating Blackrock, Monkstown, Dun Laoghaire & Sandycove Dalkey etc?

Thats what the drive would be, and then as above, you could stop by Killiney hill?

Howth, Malahide, or Skerries would be my choice.

Maybe go to the phoenix park head along to lucan and head down lock road through the country roads until you hit the nass road or the opposite direction if it suits

A drive up to the hills stop the car and look across the city?

All the other suggestions are great just trying to fill in any gaps :)

Head out to Howth, take a right at Sutton Cross, then up to the summit car park (up the right side of the Summit Inn) for views over the bay. Down the hill to Howth harbour for a walk. Back to Sutton Cross, take right and keep right to Portmarnock, stop at the beach for a paddle if you want, then to Malahide. Back to town or up to Skerries if you're not done.

Glencullen-Kiltiernan-Rathfarnham is amazing. Head through Stepaside village southbound, turn right at the garage up towards Johnny Foxes. Keep going past Foxes pub, all the way through the valley, turn left at the end of the road and this brings you up to the lookout carpark. AMAZING views over Dublin.
