Imagine.ie sucks! They do not care about customers

We were pretty happy Imagine.ie customer for 4 years. However they had
some issues recently and we are moving out so we decided to cancel an
agreement. This is how fun started.

5-6 weeks ago: Called them and got confirmation service would be
disabled on the 22nd of June. We should also expect call from someone
to schedule removal of antenna from our roof (we used Breeze). This
never happened - only got phone call from their sales department to
confirm service would be disabled but they do not schedule antenna
    removals.

25th of June: Went to their website which says "How can we help? [..]
The Customer Support Number is Lo-call number: 1890 56 44 56 or email
support@irishbroadband.ie". Emailed them at this address. Nothing
    happened.

26th of June: Called them and got confirmation someone from
appropriate department would contact me on same day - this never
happened. Also twitted them at #imaginewimax and got confirmation they
passed my details. No calls to schedule technician visit. Eventually
got my email answered (from previous day) "they can't find my details
using surname". Great! Sent them account number and address.

27th of June: Today is Wednesday and we are moving out on Friday. Our
landlord will be very happy to see antenna on the roof when he comes
to collect keys. Decided to write this post hoping someone from
Imagine who cares about customers would read it. If this happens -
PLEASE PLEASE make your best to remove the fancy antenna from our
    roof. We our customer <removed>
