Rang up esb on June 13 and made the switch. Received the connection agreement letter but still no welcome pack has arrived. Is anyone else experiencing a delay ? Any ideas when our first bill would be ?

Hi Driver14,

Unfortunately there have been delays with the issuing of the welcome packs. If you send me whatever details you do have by PM, I'll have a look and make sure everything is as it should be.

The date of your first bill wouldn't necessarily be related to when you switched (it would depend on the meter read-cycle in the area in which you live), but once I find your account I should be able to tell you exactly when to expect it.
