    Just seen this on MCD's twitter.
    Tickets on sale at 8am Friday 29th July.

    Tickets €25 including booking fee.

    Skrillex has announced his very first Dublin show at the Academy, Friday 2nd December. The electronic music producer will bring his Mothership Tour to the Academy in December after an extensive tour of Europe and North America. Tickets for the show are on sale this Friday, 29th July.

    Skillex already has three hugely popular albums under his belt, notably ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites’ which brought the producer immediate success on Deadmau5’s record label Mau5trap. Sonny Moore who goes by the alias Skrillex has been listening to electronic music his entire life and plays what he describes as ‘a mix of dubstep, electro and glitch all thrown together’.

    Can anyone confirm if this is sold out? Can't get tickets on ticketmaster. Forgot completely about the gig until now but did not expect it to sell out :(

    Either Flux Pavilion or Koan Sound supporting. I'm getting conflicting information online.

    I thought both were supporting? Not really into his kind of stuff, but it'll be a fun night anyway. And yeah, it's definitely sold out.

    It's Koan Sound according to the Skrillex MySpace and website so it's hard to know.
