Chicken/vegetarian recipes??

Hi guys! I recently moved in with my oh, who loves eating but doesn't eat meat. He'll eat poultry (although he hasnt eaten much of it except chicken) and is unfussy about food otherwise :D (human waste disposal comes to mind) Thing is, I'm a good cook but I'm running out of ideas and getting fairly sick of cooking the same…

So, I'm looking for recipe ideas No need to post the whole recipe, just the idea will do. Anything different, either chicken or vegetarian will be much appreciated. Just normal, everyday dinners like, I'm not posh!
