im aiming for 385-400 points in my leaving cert as i want to do a business course. if i dont get this points i heard you can do a plc course for a year and recieve up to 400 points for that , but do universities accept the pints from a plc course or is that only institutes of technology that accpets them? also say i dont…

also say i dont get enough points to do a course in the university but i do get enough points to do one in the insitute of technology , is it possible to transefer over to the university after a year??
