Question on Chipper in Coachford

What's with the constant change over of ownership with the chipper in Coachford? Used to be Spud Murphys, then O Conalls fish and chips, now its Cals Chipper. Each time the quality of the food changes, was great as O Conalls. Does anyone know if the food is changing everytime or am I imagining it? Am I just getting it on…
