    Hey all...A friend of mine has one of the above units....its developed a problem in that there is no sound out of it anymore. Even though the volume is up at maximum, there isnt a peep out of it. No beeps when touchin the screen, no voice giving directions, nothing. Tried a master reset with no difference, anyone any ideas? Or am i overlooking anything obvious? Cheers lads

    Not good if it's doing it after a master reset.
    In case it's a corrupt voice file: Try another 'voice' ("Tool" > "Settings" > "Language"), and if it still fails: WebUpdater.
