    HI,just quick question,My partner have a visa card,which is completely spent out,and also there is little bit overdraft.So he have to pay 5% every month,but problems is that,when payments did not cover a lot from Visa card,we feel like,when we never will pay out all sum .Is possible go to bank,close a Visa card loan and take other loan,to cover Visa loan,but without paying crazy %.?
    Sorry for bad explanation,hope somebody will understand,what I meaning.
    Partner is on 3 day job,I am unemployed.
    Just would like to know our options on this situation.Last time,partner went to bank,but he was speaking with cashier,and she told,when he cant get loan,because no money in account.....
