    Hi there,

I'm a newbie so I'm not sure this is the right place to ask but here goes...

I'm looking for ideas on draught proofing my house. I'm renting in Dun Laoghaire in an old house and its quite druaghty - the floorboards have gaps that let in draughts.

    Anybody got any suggestions?

    Thx, Georgina

A good thick carpet....seeing as yer renting, and prolly dont want to spend too much. Loner term solution......T&G floor boards.

    Something like this, perhaps?

Thanks Nonmonotonic! I want to keep the lovely look of the old natural wood so that looks ideal.

I wonder can you buy it in Woodies or B&Q? Have you used it yourself before? Is it easy to apply?

    Thanks, Georgina
