How to remove oil and paint stains on concrete paving?

After painting my apartment, I left the remaining paint out on my balcony. My son got hold of the paint brush and decided to "help out". There is now patches of magnolia on the paving of my balcony.

Anyone got any ideas on how it can be removed?

Also, while I'm seeking such advice, perhaps someone can help with this one also...

I recently sprayed some of my plants with a water/washing up liquid/veg oil mixture in order to get rid and stay rid of the aphids that were attacking my lovely flowers, anyway, some veggie oil got on the paving and left a stain. Any ideas on how to remove that also would be appreciated!

    :)

I used a dry powder version of that oil-eating bacteria on mineral oil
stains a few years back and it was amazingly good. Hadn't seen it
    offered for a while though.
