    Whats the current situation with joining Gardai college?

    And, is it public jobs you apply through?

    You can't join it for another 2 years at the least.

    Oh yeah, well I want to do a course first but I want to keep it in mind.

    Is that advertised on public jobs when people join the college or is it different?

    The college is used for training of reserves and the up skilling of members.

    You have to apply threw publicjobs.ie and got threw the process of being selected before you can go too the college. IMO it's going to be a lot longer wait than two years!

    Also there is a Garda forum on this site!
