+1 on Basspro at the end of International Drive in where the movie theatre is located do not forget to try any pawn shops you might encounter there is an exellent one in Titusville near Cocoa Beach,Normally 40-50% cheaper than retailers,Top end gear don't be afraid to haggle.Enjoy the holiday.

    +1 On Bass Pro also.

I was over there last year and spent hours in the shop, its the size of a large Tescos here and cater for hunting, fishing shooting etc.

Have a look at their web site before you go over.

Also check out the Walmart super centers, they also sell shooting related items and ammo.

Funny that you can pick up a box of ammo no problem in america but the Mach 3 shaving blades are still behind a glass cover :)

    Enjoy it.

PS: Scopes are much cheaper over there as is decent fishing gear ;)

Definitely drop into bass pro. Picked up a few ruger magazines there earlier this year for 15 dollars each!
There knives, ammo, and accessories are very cheap. You can buy ammo, magazines, etc. without the need for a license with you.
If you're willing to bring back a couple of Beretta 87 magazines let me know!

The BassPro and Cabelas superstores are something to be seen. You might even catch a few preseason sales.

I am sure that in FL you'll find more gun stores than you could shake a gator at.

If memory serves correct, FL allows pawn shops and the pawning of guns. Don't be afraid to go into one, you never know what you're going to get.

    Get sun block.

    Repins,
If you go, let us know what it was like.

Gun shows used to be soooo much fun in the states, then along came Clinton.

Gun shows used to be everyday people, mom and pop shops, selling everything you can imagine. It was like a market, you never knew what you were going to find.

Then Clinton brought in a lot of regulations. Nowadays, it is mostly dealers and the tables tend to repeat. I have never been to a FL gun show and would be anxious to hear what it's like.

Please advise, no matter how old the thread!
