    Hi all,

Ordered my one year visa last night and am looking at going early next week.
im heading to Perth where my friend lives.

ive an honours degree and 3years post grad experience with siac and volker fitzpatrick as a site engineer on an urban town centre renewal and the apron works at dublin airport and doing setting out + all paper work associated with the role today.
last two i done no construction engineering work so am very rusty.

how hard with it be to get a job and what way should i go about it when i arrive? agencies or direct communication with the companies.
i ve contacted Leighton contractors and a few more.

how much dollars do require as a minimum or wuld you reckon t bring over.
should i get another job to keep me ticking over until i get a construction start.

cant wait 2 get out of here for personnel and professional reasons.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
