Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

wish i could afford half of whats being used there!!! :)
this is what i manage with

getting back on topic, i might have need for someone to assist me at some date in the future - specifically with video work, but i'd never dream of asking someone to work for me for nothing, not alone paying me to work for me, as nice as it might sound.

I thought with all the associations/organisations that the photographer is a member of, perhaps he needed a bit of a dig out to afford membership to them all ;)

it's quite expensive to be in these outfits; (not sure which NUJ grade, so took the average)
The Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers = €99
The British Professional Photographers Assoc = €206
Bureau of Freelance Photographers = €80
Dublin Chamber of Commerce = €550
    NUJ Grade 2: = €262
    The Business Owners Network ?

    total €1197

Yeah, it's a great read. I particularly like the head shots of Peter Hurley. He uses four Kinoflos and it produces stunning lighting, similar to but nicer IMO, than the Paul C. Buff Moon Units. Drooollll.....

I use a 2 kinoflo setup quite often. They're really really beautiful.
