Transferring money from South America to Ireland

    Hi.

    A friend wants to transfer monies from South America (Argentina,Peru) to Ireland.

    She has tried Western Union but apparantly they do not transfer to Ireland from Argentina!! That surprised me.
    She only has a bank laser card not visa so the western Union website facility is not available to her
    She tried calling her bank (AIB) but they could not help as she did not have her code card device!

    Any ideas? She is really stuck
