Quad & sprayer hire

Anyone know anyone who hires out a quad and sprayer setup, in cork.

Have a lot of spot spraying to do, and nothing to do it with. There's a guy on donedeal but he's in carlow which is a bit of a haul.

Have you a tractor and transport box?
If so buy a small quad sprayer and put it into it.

yeah, I've been talking of buying one for ages alright, might just bite the bullet.

putting it in the boot of the jeep though radio on, window down, cruising around with the arm out the window spraying.

Just that I'm hoping to pick up a tractor sprayer next year so it pains me to buy now and again next year.

worth checking into, but dont seem to be many lads at it.

Something like this wouldn't break the bank. We have one on our licker for years. It would do all the spraying that you need for years to come.

I did the same earlier on in the year. I also bought a 15m braided PVC hose in the local hardware shop. Money well spent. I just park up the tractor and cover a big area with it. 95 lts is more than enough too. I covered about 10 acres of rushes and still had some left in the tank. When you're spot spraying, you'll use very little.
