looking for someone to build a small wall and a plasterer D7/15

Ok, If and when the damp stoes guys give me the op i will need a 2 1/2 foot by 8 foot r4edbirck wall built. I will also need a 9 x 19 foot room plastered on the ceiling and four walls after i have added warmboard. anyone now anyone who can do these jobs, or a person for each. thank you in advance
