Anywhere quiet/relaxed on Friday nights (dublin)

Pretty much as the title says, I'm looking for nice enough, relaxed bars etc for a quiet drink. Tired of the usual places for one and looking for somewhere can maybe talk and not be bothered or have loud music around 11ish onwards. Cheers for the suggestions should they come.
