RMH home lottery- a scam?

Was thinking of buying a ticket for this, but noticed that while ticket sales are processed by Deloitte, the lottery itself is not audited. So what do you reckon? Bit dodgy? You'd think they would just sell a few more tickets and audit the damn thing if it is legit. http://www.rmhhomelottery.com.au
