They'll both give about the same performance. The best thing to do is to match whatever your current laptop has if you are keeping your old RAM.

Otherwise go with the 1333 set if its an intel processor and the 1066 set for an AMD. Intel gets slightly better performance with faster but higher CAS RAM, whereas AMD is the other way around and prefers tighter timings. The difference is tiny though, and you probably wouldn't notice.

Actually you can get it here for cheaper and free shipping:

For your old RAM, adverts.ie is a great place to store it ;) Otherwise you can just put in the pack that the new RAM comes in.

All ram should be shipped in plastic blister containers. Carefully cut this and put your old ram back in to that package. Then be sure to leave it in a dry drawer at home.

I have myself personally a small drawer where I leave excess PC parts. Just be sure memory does not have heavy objects on top. Leave memory on top is best.

Reason for using the packaging your new memory comes in is static. Antistatic packaging is a must. Most likely the package the new memory is in. Must be made of this material or at least the characteristics.
