Plaster concrete on garage doors

Hi. Sorry if this has been asked before. My garage was plastered a couple of years ago and i didnt properly clean the cement off the doors. They both are red coloured PVC ( ordinary "back" doors). Any ideas how to clean them, I have been carefully trying to scrape them but it will take an age and i'm afraid i'll scratch…

Hi.

UPVC cleaner and also a warm soapy sponge does the job perfectly.
