insurances whos responsible?/?

    well
    if an accident occurs in a rented premise but i'm running the business in the premises who's responsible ?

    Depends on the nature and cause of the accident. Is it a result of the business carried on therein? Then its you. Is it a result of something on the property or a maintenance issue? Then its likely the landlord.
    You will have to be a bit more specific.

    have a look at the Occupiers liability Act.

    You could have more than one 'occupier' meaning that all could have a responsibility.

    If an incident has occurred, then report to your insurers immediately to ensure that you comply with your policy provisions.

    It will likely be you that is responsible OP.

    You are operating a business out of the premises (presumably) so if the incident occurred during business hours then you are liable.

    Unless its something completely unforeseeable eg a piece of the ceiling collapsed and hit someone then it wont be the landlord/property owners responsibility.

    The details you have given are pretty sketchy though so its impossible for anyone here to know for sure.
