Widow's Pension

    Hi,

    My sister has been receiving a widow's pension from An Post since her husband died in 1999.

    She has recently started to see a new guy and they are considering moving in together.

    Does anyone know if she will still be entitled to collect this pension? As it is a private one I am not sure if it follows the rules of the Social Welfare widow's pension :confused:

    Any info appreciated.

    Her late husband was probably a member of the Communications Workers Union (CWU), they would be able to advise her....
