What to do with Plums!

I have a bumper crop of plums on the way. They will be ready to pick very soon, I think. I have a small fermenting barrel and a home made juice extractor/crusher. What drink or drinks do you think would be best or easiest to make and where do I go from here? Here's the untested juice extractor :o
