places to visit for film/horror fans ?

    Hello,

    I´m a tourist from Germany and I will visit Dublin for the
    first time soon (12. - 21.08.11).

    After going to museums and such I also would like to go into
    a good book store or DVD shop (something with a good horror section).
    Anything you can recommend ? In London I once was at a shop called
    "forbidden planet" which had a good selection of books and films.

    Last year I was in Copenhagen. There was a filmfestival and I saw
    the film "the door" with Mads Mikkelsen. He was there live in person and
    talked about his recent movies (Clash Titans etc.) Funny guy, answered
    all questions friendly etc. So if a filmfestival is in Dublin, let me know.
