BTEA question, going into my second year of BTEA.

I'm starting a new course this september. I was on BTEA last year and was given a letter by the social welfare to fill out saying if i wanted to do a second year of BTEA would i fill it out, so i wrote down when i finished the last course and when i started my new one andhanded it back in.

So do i wait until i'm given a letter by my new course/college saying i'm starting my new course and then will i put back on the BTEA?
