Enough space to leave gear set up. Windows for some fresh air!!

24hr access. Can rehearse during the day/night.

Price €350 a month.

No time wasters. Only requirement is that you keep the room tidy and bring all your own amps and equipment.

How many sessions a week do you get? 3?

At the moment it's extremely flexible. 3 days of the week are gone leaving 4 open and that's just evenings.
One of the bands wants during the day at the weekend.

Plus then if bands are coming up to gigs/recording then it's perfectly understandable if people need to move days around.

Nothing set in stone but certainly can be worked out.
