Broadband Dropping

    Hi there,

    Trying all resources possible here now, having a constant problem here from the last number of weeks with the broadband, have been in contact with eircom and the techs have been out to check, and were pretty sure there's a fault on the line.
    There are 2 problems really, there is a fault when the internet will just go completely which happened today at 11.13, that I think can be put down to the line fault. But what about the internet dropping every so often? Is there any way to sort that?

    I have tried a number of lines with the address but I need to insure I know which broadband service is being affeted.
