    hi, doing my first assessment involving a heat pump- NIBE f1245 ground source
    there is no hot water tank present, as it is incorparated in the heat pump unit. how is this classified in the "hot water tab" as a thermal store??
    also there is no info on the hot water storage capacity but i presume its not heated instantaneously ?
    the unit is on the harp database giving efficency of 485% is the hot water efficency half of this ie 242.5% ??
    any info please!!
