Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Hens wont come out of coup?

Hi all, 3 days ago we bought 5 hens. There about 14 weeks and havn't started to lay yet. The hens wont come out of there coup at all. I even have the door wide open and still have no joy. Is there anything I should do or just give them time to settle and see what happens? Thanks for the help in advance

give them to settle. once one goes, theyll all go. Let us know in a day or two how u get on

Yeah, expect that. It'll take them a few days to acclimatise and eventually when they're hungry enough they'll come out. It's common

agree with the other posters , maybe put a trail of feed from inside to outside , takes a few days for them to settle down
