Richer Sounds Fantastic Customer Service

I just wanted to get on here and praise the lads from Richersounds.

I placed an order with them last bank holiday Monday after being advised with any enquiries that I had.

I received a couple of amps and a 5.1 surround sound speaker set on Wednesday but didn't get the kit setup till Friday. The sub woofer wouldn't work, the LED light wasn't coming on so it was obviously a fault.

After checking the fuse on the plug I rang the lads and after telling them the situation arranged the Sub to be replaced, the courier arrived with the replacement sub, all I needed to do was box the problematic sub and it will be collected tomorrow.

The Customer Service was excellent and I will be highly recommending them to anyone that will listen to me so hopefully I can send plenty of referrals their way.

Anyway a big thanks to the lads especially Dave for sorting it out for me, its nice to deal with people who know the equipment they are selling and take all of the hassle out of buying (and replacing if needed) equipment that is a pretty big purchase for anybody.

Nothing worse than a retailer being awkward when a customer has a problem (after they have got your money).

I'd hazard a guess you'll be back to RS next time you need some AV gear.

I certainly will be using them again and I plan on getting a few things too and I will be recommending them to anyone who looks for advice, since I am pretty obsessed with gadgets I tend to get a lot of queries about all things electronic.
