The only BOQ we have is the priced-up one. The QS never emailed a blank...now isn't that a surprise? I'll get the OH to ask for one

The contractor is a fella we have known for a few years and have seen examples of his work, so know that he would do a good job. He said he can work off the plans from the architect and he doesn't know that there is a BOQ, so it will be interesting to see what he comes up with. He won't be able to let us have it until the beginning of October because he's away on personal business, but we've waited this long so another few weeks won't hurt.

best of luck with it anyway. let us know if there is much of a difference between the builders cost and the QS detailed BOQ. they will both have been working off the same drawings, so it will be interesting to see.
