Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I could be mistaken but are these not the company advertising on tv? Sorry I've had no dealings with them myself.

I would imagine that once they actually send the watch you have paid for there should be no problems.

Check their returns procedure and their policy with faulty watches.
You really have much much better comeback buying in Ireland re:
consumer Rights and YOUR CHOICE between Replacement, Repair OR Refund if there is a fault, and ITS YOUR CHOICE not the stores choice and there is no sending it back to the factory etc.
The contract is between you and the store not you and the manufacturer..... and this protects you long after the "factory warranty" expires, you are protected by the consumer rights act for a period of time that is deemed reasonable for the type of good/service you have bought....If the watch claims to have a 10 year battery and there is no mention of routine service within that period then its reasonable to expect the watch, with care, to last at least 10 years and the consumer rights act will technically cover you for that period of time.

In reality though I would imagine 99.99% of these watches are trouble free from a mass producer like Casio.

Unless its a high ticket price item where you are likely to save 100's or 1000's of Euro on a watch that is severly discounted I wouldn't bother, the Casio should be pretty much close to what you would pay in Argos or similar.
