    Hi,
    I have just started renting an apartment it has a telephone line installed but it was never activated by the previous tenants. I would like to get broadband through this line, is there any way to find out what speed this line is capable of carring (eg which of the packages I could get for it, 8mg, 24mb etc) before I sign up to any particular package?

    yes, if you PM me the previous number ( from previous tenent / or bill ) or the exact aaddress I should be able to get this information for you.
